How To Use
Mix 1.5 level 5mL-metric teaspoons in 200mL of water once daily, with food.

Considered to be anti-inflammatory and also used to support adrenal function, licorice root is traditionally used in WHM to support gut wall integrity and maintain mucous membrane health.
SLIPPERY ELM
Used in WHM, slippery elm bark helps to maintain digestive function, support and repair gastrointestinal mucous membrane health.
MILK THISTLE
A nourishing herb used in WHM to support digestive function and help to maintain liver function.
ALOE VERA
Used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, this soothing plant is used to calm and support the delicate mucous lining of the digestive system.
BIO-FERMENTED TURMERIC
This bright golden-orange coloured spice is traditionally used in WHM, thanks to its antispasmodic effect, helping to reduce digestive spasms and relieve digestive discomfort.
