Ingredients

Flora Culture™ Bio-Fermented Blend (fermented coconut and cucumber water (36.3%), coconut water concentrate (8.8%), Aquamin™ (magnesium citrate), cellulose gum, green tea leaf extract, sea minerals, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GUT5Y™ (0.014%), finger lime (0.01%)), glycerol, natural coconut flavour, stevia leaf extract.

How To Use

Mix 1 tbsp (15mL) in 200mL of water, a smoothie or your favourite drink and consume immediately. 1 - 2 serves per day. For optimal results, HYDRATION should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages and can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.
